Sarah Miracle
Sarah Miracle is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate who earned her Master of Arts in Marriage, Couples, and Family Counseling from Regent University. She approaches therapy through a systems lens, helping individuals, couples, and families understand the patterns that shape their thoughts, emotions, and relationships. Sarah’s work is reality-based, relational, and holistic, integrating evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) with creative interventions such as sandtray, art, and crafting.
As a military spouse and a mother to special needs children, Sarah brings deep empathy and life experience to her work, understanding firsthand the resilience and adaptability that change often requires. Her style is collaborative and compassionate, offering clients a safe space to explore challenges, deepen self-awareness, and strengthen connections. In her free time, she enjoys reading with her book club, evening walks with her husband, and spoiling her mini Australian shepherd, Bronco.
